We release limited drops tied to specific characters or concepts. Each drop is available for a short time or in limited quantities. Once it’s gone, it may not return.

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Limited drops may take slightly longer during high-demand periods.

Because of the limited nature of our drops: • Returns are accepted only if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition • Sale items are final sale • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery Return instructions are provided once a request is approved.

Exchanges depend on availability. If your size sells out, we may not be able to exchange — store credit may be offered instead.

Bundles are curated looks built around a character. Instead of buying single pieces, bundles allow you to step fully into a character’s world — with intentional styling and preferred pricing.

We currently offer three ways to shop each drop: 1. Single Piece Purchase any item individually. 2. Essential Identity Look (Character Look) Includes all the garments within the character. This is the core expression of the character. 3. Look II (Extended Character Look) A fuller version of the character, which may include: - Accessories - Shoes

Yes. Bundles are always priced more advantageously than purchasing items separately. Think of it as: • Single pieces = freedom • Bundles = intention + value

Each drop is unique. Pricing depends on: • The number of pieces in the bundle • Fabric, production, and sourcing • Whether the bundle includes exclusive items Exact pricing is always displayed clearly on each product page.

Yes. You can select different sizes per item within the same bundle, as long as sizes are available.

If a bundle component sells out: • The bundle may become unavailable • Remaining items may still be purchased individually • We will look for an alternative by contacting directly and customizing your request Bundles are limited by the availability of every piece.

Bundles follow the same return rules as individual items: • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery • Sale bundles are final sale If part of a bundle is returned, the bundle pricing may be adjusted.

Bundles are not restocked. Even if individual pieces return in a future drop, the original bundle configuration remains archived.
